inception: We don't require a business plan, just a written description of the idea is enough. After a first screening we may want to meet you in person to elaborate on the idea. Quite often we will then invest some time researching the competition and understanding the market before making a final decision about the potential of the idea.
gestation: This stage is about crystallizing the concept, building the business model, the product and the company. We will work with you to create an aggressive timetable with clear milestones. We will then provide guidance in the implementation, offering access to our professional partners when needed. We will also help you fill gaps in your team, prepare a business plan and connect with investors.
growth: A product launch is the most critical stage of the process. We will work with you to develop a marketing plan and generate the necessary buzz around your concept .
